Hear what our customers have to say about us
In my observation, given her vast experience Lola personalizes her coaching approach according to different individual to optimize her coaching results. She brings on board research based scientific view and practical perspective to the coaching sessions and issues of discussion. Most importantly, Lola truly tries to understand the individual before she could decide on her “intervention tools” for optimal
results.
Lola is a very effective coach because she coaches with her heart. She genuinely cares for her clients and has only one single aim in mind, that is to help them become not just a better leader but generally a better person, as the two are after all interconnected. Lola possesses the right balance of strong technical knowledge and a keen sense of perception to understand the psychological struggles of her clients. She is genuine, sincere and conscientious. For Lola, coaching is not just a job or an assignment, it is a calling.
I have personally been a participant in some of Lola Chetti’s leadership development trainings namely Self-Leadership, Leadership communication, Emotional intelligence, Coaching to lead and Team performance. I found them to be engaging and of high standard. I gladly recommend Lola Chetti and ICC’s work.
The journey forward is mine to travel, but her coaching had equipped me to approach my future whether on a personal or professional basis, more positively and from a position of strength and confidence.
Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending Ms Chetti to anyone. Her approach worked very well for me as she allowed me to explore some of the difficult areas while providing guidance and the tools to manage the areas I wanted to explore and reaffirming the areas I am good at. The time I had with her is one I will always look back on with fond memories and sincere gratitude.
During that time Lola brought an incisive and clear methodology, with empirical basis, to our discussions that have allowed me to rationally and critically understand a number of pertinent business issues and more importantly to address them.
She did this with impartiality, with objectivity and in doing so was able to help me see and appreciate new and different perspectives, without which I would not have been able to make the changes and progress that I have. She ensured continuity between sessions and brought accountability whilst always offering support.
Lola is a dedicated and well researched individual who clearly can provide new understandings to an individual, his mental approach and his work style.
I am very happy to recommend Lola and her work.
As the Head of HR for APAC, I have had the pleasure of working with Lola as a true partner in identifying not only our challenges that we face in our organization with regards talent, but also looking at our opportunities and where she can potentially lend her expertise. Lola has been instrumental in 2 fields; 1 with coaching and developing our senior executives to develop their leadership capabilities through self assessment, executive workshops, and coaching and; 2. Bringing together the senior executives across multiple disciplinaries, to collaborate and lead as one team for APAC. This has been the first time that we have brought together the teams as one unit, which was incredibly important during our leadership transition and Lola has truly demonstrated her capabilities and ability to understand and flex to the needs of our business and the people.
I would like to highly recommend Lola and if you wish to find out more information, I am more than happy to be her referee.
This is to certify that Ms. Lola Chetti has been an adjunct coach and faculty for The lclif Leadership and Governance Centre between 2010 and 2015. During this period she worked with a wide range of our clients from a variety of industries and sectors. Be it MNC’s, government agencies or not-for-profit organizations, the feedback on Lola’s work has always been top notch. Her ratings as a coach ranged from 4.5 to 4.8 on various programs on a 5-point scale where 5 was the highest possible rating.
I believe Lola has the technical skills as well as the leadership qualities to do an excellent job in the Human Capital Development arena, and I have no hesitation in recommending her for a suitable position or assignment. My recommendation is without qualification and is equally applicable for her work as an outside consultant and an in-house position.
The resources used by Lola clearly differentiated her practice; she could connect and create linkages and provides copies of these references to extend our learning beyond our classroom.
Over the last 12-18 months, I have been in continuous connection with Lola and sought guidance in multiple instances discussing my thoughts, beliefs, and challenges that have surrounded my personal, and professional lives. Whilst I have been able to use past learnings to break down my situation, Lola’s expertise and guidance have been invaluable. She has not only provided me with adequate time, and attention but also shared possibilities and scenarios for me to empower myself as an individual and explore.
I consider myself extremely fortunate to have access and connect with an excellent qualified coach and guide who has been selflessly contributing to people’s success and growth.
As part of the OCPC process, I spent a few months with Lola understanding the importance, practicality, and multiple dimensions around coaching. Undoubtedly the training and a certification thereon definitely helps us not only in our personal but also in better management, motivation, and delivery across our professional pursuits.
The curriculum was aptly structured to focus on important aspects like discovery, trust, accountability, and a personal favorite listening. Lola has the ability to structure the learning from these varied and connected topics with perfection (using role plays) that it remains with you whilst you continue in your journey to learn, adapt with other participants. Lola’s support on topics that require greater depth and understanding is immense as she not only manages the flow of topics in her schedule but is also willing to provide extra time either personally or using online resources.
The resources used by Lola clearly differentiate her practice as these resources are what I classify as ‘Golddust’ coming from direct research papers, book references, and other university studies. She explains these linkages and provides copies of these references to extend our learning beyond our classroom as well. I was able to craft fully use the learnings to assist, guide, encourage, and broaden the vision for only myself but also several individuals associated with me personally or professionally. The learning helps me translate the possibilities that lie in front of individuals and powers the emotion of ‘belief and ‘potential’ that we normally may tend to overlook because that’s a dimension we forget to see due to the unawareness of our capabilities.
Fortunately, to be able to sit in a full 12 month’s program, where specific topics were tackled including a special project which was being done as a live project and if proven successful, adopted into some of the company’s policies and practices. What is more important, understanding human behaviour. While this may sound something less than important, believe me, this IS the most important aspect. It has also enabled me to see things from a fresh perspective not just as a manager but as a son, brother, wife and ultimately a father too – where nourishing the future leader’s mindset starts!
Today, I manage a global team responsible in servicing 3 different regions from Asia Pacific to the Americas and thank you Lola for the constant guidance you have provided me (even continue to provide me whether you realize it or not) in getting my team constantly delivering what is promised to our stakeholders.
I successfully completed the OCPC course in 2020, which was conducted by Lola Chetti. Looking back I can honestly say this course has been one of the most meaningful and impactful trainings I have taken as a business leader.
First of all, during the course I gained a much better understanding of my own internal patterns and motivations and it has helped me build further on my strengths as well as given me the ability to create long lasting changes. The many practice sessions and exercises during the training were incredibly valuable and gave me the foundation of how to coach in even the most difficult circumstances.
The communication techniques and skills acquired during the training I now use throughout my daily life. As an example the power of active and deep listening can be applied not only in business settings but also in daily conversations with your kids and partner. It has enabled me to build better relationships at work and everywhere else.
I would highly recommended the course to any business leader or anyone else that wants to launch their career as a professional coach.
I’m so grateful and happy that I have attended the OCPC training led by Lola.
Lola has been a very insightful, inspirational and compassionate coach. The training has helped me greatly both personally and professionally.
The course is highly recommended to anybody who either aspires to become a professional coach to just to gain the coaching skills.
Those are the elements which make the course so outstanding:
Great breadth and depth of content, covering both psychology and brain science researches and big variety of coaching tools.
Practical knowledge: Lola is outstanding and very generous in sharing her long years of coach experience and guide us through real coaching situations.
Mentoring: Lola provides great mentoring companionship after the training to help us to pass our exams and be more effective in our coaching sessions.
Overall: Lola is a great trainer because she cares a lot of the success of her students. She truly does everything to set us for success.
Thus, I will not hesitate to recommend Lola and her OCPC course to anybody interested in coaching and I never failed a friend by doing so. They all end up very happy with the decision.
I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Associate Certified
