Specializing in team psychodynamics
Our coaches are specialists in team psychodynamics. Our primary focus may be on the team’s mission, performance and as a collective, however, the development of the individual and their interpersonal dynamics are an intrinsic part of our work; as well as how the team relates to their other internal and external stakeholders. When we coach a team, we facilitate reflection on the current dynamics intra-team, how they connect, relate, and engage with others in other teams they work with, and also the quality and effectiveness of their stakeholder engagement.

During a team coaching session, we typically start with building trust with the team; and only then we can start creating an environment for team psychological safety. With safety established and contracted, we work closely with the team: to connect to its vision and mission, to see each other through the lenses of collaboration, and to discuss openly how they truly engage and work together and the challenges they face.
