In a recent project, we supported the senior leadership team of a Swiss Pharmaceutical in managing their transition to a matrix structure through the adoption of the Leader Coach approach and greater emphasis on influencing and stakeholder engagement.

Within 3 days of training our participants are able to acquire the tools and methodology to coach and trigger deeper and broader thinking in their direct reports. In this program, we use curated content, evidence-based learning and carefully tailored support and guidance -to help leaders adopt a coaching approach.

Practical approach to coaching

We take a very practical approach to teaching coaching to leaders and managers: we recognize that there is tension between coaching and managing – in the sense that the manager or leader has a hierarchical role wider than that of development; where they are also bound by the delivery of their KPI and business outcomes.

Our courses also focus on creating clarity in the participant’s managerial role and responsibilities and using the coaching skills to strengthen the manager’s impact and effectiveness.
