Since the inception of OCPC (Organisational Coaching Practitioner Certificate), Coach development has been an essential component of the course. It is now well established that the more knowledge of evidence-based theoretical perspectives we have in coaching, the more we are able to practice and make it more effective.
Over and above her work with executives in organizations, Lola has always invested in her own development and in the development of other coaches. OCPC is now known as a course that allies coaching methodology to the experience of how coaching is used in an organization and the different challenges that can be posed – we even use role-play of real cases for coaches to practice. As the VP for Coach Development at ICF-Hong Kong for 2 years, Lola worked in collaboration with coaches from her chapter to present 24 coach development events with CCES for the coaches of the chapter.
